The ambitious project of the foundation requires an adequate level of capital to ensure a degree of autonomy and ability to function.

The annual resources will consist of :

• - Contributions and membership fees.
• - Income from donations, sponsorship, bequests and payments made by individuals or by businesses.
• - Products of resources created with the approval of the competent authority.
• - Public subsidies and grants.
• - Proceeds from any payments received for services rendered.
• - Profits sponsorship of competence.
