Establish an effective technique plateau in the cardiovascular field as well as perform surgical services that meet international standards.

Plan and develop its activities to give Mauritanians and patients from the sub-region access to appropriate care whether they are adults, children or newborns.

Assist in the rehabilitation of post-heart surgery.

Creat clinics and health posts in villages, initiate preventive actions to solve community problems of health and hygiene and wellbeing.

Contribute to projects and utility programs of the Ministry of Health to eradicate rheumatic fever and prevention of cardiovascular diseases.

Encourage all kinds of research in the medical field in the form of prizes.

Conduct sustainable development programs through welfare to build schools, roads and drill wells for clean drinking water.

Work together in a spirit of partnership with all organizations (national, international or nongovernmental organizations) whose goals are similar to our foundation to mobilize material, financial and technical resources to carry out these programs.
