The Mauritanian heart foundation is administered by a board of directors assisted by several committees.

The committees
The various committees are :
- The Legal Committee
- The Committee of partners
- The Scientific Committee
- The Honorary Committee
These committees give their opinion on the guidelines adopted by the foundation, and have the opportunity to make recommendations submitted to the Board of Directors for voting.
